Does anyone have a recommended company for adding a 17 yr old learner to your insurance as a parent.  So far, there seems to be little difference between the rate for a 17 yr old that's just passed his test, and having him as a learner when I'll always be in the car (thus preventing testosterone fuelled bouts of adolescent madness).  Currently with TESCO who want  approx £100 per month for a group 5 car so willing to change companies when insurance is up in August.  Seems a rip-off to me.
