Let me clarify, at point of sale you will normally be told your allowed to cancel contracts early. This is a Unique selling point so more then like the sale rep will advise you of this. If not you would have recived a bookelet with the insurance information in it. This is where all the terms and conditions are.
As long you you read the lifeline booklet there are NO suprises. If you don't like the insurance policy you can canel at ANY TIME. You also have a 14 cooling off period.
Excess is 29.50 and stays the same no matter how many claims you make, Again its in the booklet and on the insurance certificate you signed.
Transfering insurance - Sometime it doesnt automatically transfer. If you find you are paying insurance for a handset which you have upgraded.u can normally call the insurance company and they can transfer to the new handset. even after u have lost the new handset.
