Maybe the AA - 1 year bond 4.55%, or Birmingham Midshires - 1 year bond 4.2%?

Am about to post my paper forms for my bond (expires May). Are we expecting to get acknowledgement that the money will indeed be paid? Has anyone with a long-term bond got any acknowledgement?
