Just to say I've received my ISA certificate this morning.

Certificate dated 10th December. Received today 13th December, claim initiated 25th November.

I am looking at transferring my cash ISA to the Natwest. I beleive it is safe(?), Branch down the road, and instant access via internet or in person! Only thing is the rate is variable but it will pay at least the bonus rate even if it pays 0% standard fee!
