I never knew all this was involved with insurance and have been insured for many years. I am now aware of a lot of things thanks to this and your advice. I recently insured two of my buy to let properties and told them about the claim they said it didnt matter and would not affect my insurance. They said some insurers do take it into account and some dont. I said I didnt want it to be the case and I didnt tell them then the same thing happens.
