My min-isa is currently with ING Direct.

Can I change it to someone else with a better rate? Would it be worth it, taking into consideration what might be involved?

Any suggestions on who's coming out top at the moment. I've done a search but am getting confused with the account types (bonds or term, regular saver etc) and also with the interest (on maturity, annually etc). I'm guessing the best one to go for is one that pays monthly interest?
