if you did you will have known that the council are not dealing with icemans debt to them on his council tax,the arrears from last year are being handled by a DEBT COLLECTOR who threatend court baliff action due to the face iceman had got so far behind with paying.

So complaining to the ombudsman will be no use at all,the councill have acted within the law as much as i disagree with what law allows them to do.
