I don't think that HEC would be particularly bothered by this site anymore as the postings no longer concentrate on how bad their workmanship is and how they are rip off merchants. Anyone coming across this site now would have to go so far back to get a general view of what this site (I assume) was originally set up for that they would have lost interest by then and probably use them anyway. I think by the fact that you are no longer getting posts from the dislexic gang is reflective of the fact that their business is no longer being jeopardised. I might be wrong, but it was just a thought as I was trawling through the jokey banter that seems to be to-ing and fro-ing.
