Just out of interest, is there anyone out there, who, over the years, has actually managed to enforce a county court judgement against these people? I realise that it is easy enough to obtain a CCJ against a company, but actually getting payment is another matter. From what I have heard over the years it is doubtful, but it would be interesting to hear from someone who managed it.
