    Re: Heathrow Engine centre

I get very annoyed listening to people saying how they have recieved a greta services from HEC.... I honestly cant believe it. I have been to HEC somewhere in the region of 5 times twice for a RECON engine (my ***) and 3 times for servicing and trying to resolve oil leagage and engine warning light issues..... all caused by HEC.

Funnily enough each time i have been in there 'reception' there has ALWAYs been unhappy custoemrs, i havent once been in there and heard someone speaking good of HEC... so where these happy custoerms come from god knows. I mean HEC put in scrap engines FACT, so of course a few of them will make it past the first year or so... without problems.

I was told that if anything happened to my 2nd engine it would not be covered because Martin the great Ford mechanic (or so he says) beleived that other parts of my car namely the catalytic convertor is cuasing damage to the ENGINE!! He is a joker.... i have run this past 3 or 4 mechanics and all have said he is talking out of his ass....

I have had to buy 3 catalytic convertors since Dec 2007 when HEC first touched my car.... becasue of there stupidity and bad workmanship.

Again I have never seen anything like what i saw when i was last there, with a big bloke threathening a customer to either pay his bill that he wasn;t happy with or get his head ripped off..... Dont let anyone on this site kid u into thinking HEC are a good company, any Limited company that needs to change there name as often as they have is obviously doing a lot wrong and little right....... they are all conmen without from what i can see little qualifications to actually do the job they are doing, if some 20 year old 'Martin' is the head mechanic god help us..... he hasn't a clue
