    im the 170 mile wonder customer...

    reasons for not taking the car back? and having fixed under warrenty? reasons are simple

    1 - it took me 6 months to get an engine that was 'working' and to get it working i paid a specialist to get it in that state once the engine was recieved back from these clowns (the issue then was not with the engine internals, but after so few miles is)

    2 - i have recently lost my job, money is tight, so cannot afford for any 'surpise' costs occuring from these jokers to put it right

    3 - i have ZERO faith in these conmen

    I appreciate that, in a busy company that these guys claim to run, faults will happen/human error, however i work/ed in an industry who address business risks and put them right, simple 'lessons learn't' and how do we put them right..which a school leave could conduct, address and make recommendations to correct..
