for those customers who complained of threatening behaviour and bad language, i certainly understand where they are coming from having been subject to it myself whilst trying to chase down my engine..plus i found that after several months of waiting for my engine to be fixed, it is now suffering from a host of issues..oil leak being the least of my worries

when you talked about 'second hand units' i am a bit confused, are you saying customer requesting that their engine is remanufactured, they are indeed supplied with a second hand unit?

to all - can we keep this forum factual? i realise there are allot of frustrated customer out there, such as myself (a £6k low mileage car which is now pretty much worthless sitting on the drive)
