    Re: Heathrow Engine centre

I am totally with Rescue the Beast.... I have seen possibly the worst service I have ever ever encountered anywhere. I have had problems since I first went to these jokers in December 2007..... I have since had another 'recon' from these jokers (FOC which is the only good news in site) and have been told by an independant mechanic they have fitted the wrong parts and used the wrong consumables YET AGAIN, and that the engine doesn't seem right.... so have been told to cut my losses

These guys simply give you scrap engines.... my grandfather reconditioned engines for years (too old now!), he has informed me that what these guys do is a trick of the trade, and from what i have seen he is dead on... if your LUCKY like MR-ZR you have been given a good engine its pot luck..... simple.

For those who believe they provide good customer service.... how does this sound?

I was waiting for my car to be serviced for like the 100th time, as usual ur kept waiting in the freezing cold waiting area even after there mistakes... some other unhappy customer was waiting for his car.... he went pretty mad at the staff because he had been waiting 4 weeks longer then originally told he would for his car back.... some big 6ft 5 guy built like a brick sh8t house comes out and literally says "u got a problem" the guy raises his voice, and is sharply told if he speaks like that again he will have his head "ripped off and shoved down his throat"..... the guy had no choice but to shut up and take his keys and go....at this point i couldnt believe what i was hearing.... NOT ONE apology from the big guy, they have obviously had it so much they dont care about customer service....... anyone who thinks this lot are any good need or eyes and ears tested, or a a little less luck, if ur fooled by Martin on the phone as i was, then wait till u scratch the very very thin surface and find out whats underneath.

P.S after 1 and a half years and £2500 later (with HEC) i am selling my 2003 Ford Fiesta...and it has absolutely nothing to do with there GOOD work. I had planned to keep the car for another 2-3 years from now, but there shody half arsed work has meant I ahve no choice but to sell it, i ahve grown old and wise dealign with what are the biggest load of unprofessional jokers i have seen since i got back from a site seeing tour in the Domincan Republic. Enough Said.
