i totally agree, i want to do everything to try and get my money back or if not shame there name. i rang the insurance company again earlier and just got fed a loadf of rubbish again, im not happy.

 i was wondering, as there was a fault with the policies being wrong, i was wondering if they were ever valid and if i had to make a claim, would it of been covered?
