    Just been on the phone to Natwest as I paid my ISA funds by cheque directly to them on 17th December and the cash is still not showing up in my ISA account!

    They seem useless on the phone at their callcentre, so I'm off to the branch tomorrow to complain about the time it's taking for them to present this cheque for payment!

    Incidentally my account had been opened by Natwest for a week before paying in the Icesave funds and shows a Zero balance to this date......

    If you catch an earlier post of mine you seem to be having the same problems with Nat West as I did and you are spot on they are next to useless on the phone - I opened mine on the 15th Dec with a cheque dated the same day and my accounts were showing for almost a week on Internet Banking with zero balance - the funds have only been showing since funds yesterday so my guess is you will see yours tomorrow - good luck

    Funds appeared in my NatWest account this morning (but dated 7th Jan) and also still showing in my current account with my bank (which isn't NatWest!!).....we'll now wait to see that NatWest are applying the bonus interest rate on our funds...e.g. treating this as an ISA transfer and not a New ISA!
