Happy New Year Everyone!
Just been on the phone to Natwest as I paid my ISA funds by cheque directly to them on 17th December and the cash is still not showing up in my ISA account!
They seem useless on the phone at their callcentre, so I'm off to the branch tomorrow to complain about the time it's taking for them to present this cheque for payment!
Incidentally my account had been opened by Natwest for a week before paying in the Icesave funds and shows a Zero balance to this date......
