Thank you, I apreciate your comments and I agree with some of them (it wouldnt do for us all to have the same opinion all the time - thats what makes life interesting).

Sometimes people are just looking for a way out of paying and that really doesnt help the genuine people that are looking for real help. The guys on here do spot them though. The information posted is top quality and I would recommend this site to anyone.

I am going to contact them, although by letter, to the address they have given. I never talk on the fone so I avoid the 'she said, he said' scenario.

I understand these people are doing their job. They get paid for doing it, just as I get paid for doing mine. I take sh*t all day on the phone, so the last thing I want to do is speak to someone the way I have been spoken to.

Onward and upward. We get there in the end.
