I have really bad credit after being made redundant and defaulting on several things, as well as having an outstanding with 3 (who I think you should avoid like the plague anyway).

Now I am working again I tried to get a contract with orange who turned me down. So after searching the net I found this thread. Taking your advice I applied for a T-Mobile Flex-T contract with a spanking new phone. (There was a good selection of phones).

To my amazement I have been accepted and the phone is on the way!!!!!

The downside is they're 18 mnth contracts which I don't like. However, It's a good deal, and after 18mnths my credit history with them will be good and I can take a shorter deal.
