Hey guys,

Bit of a long story but I have a friend who is in dire need of some advice...

Two years ago him and his partner broke up. It was amicable enough, she kept the home and though they couldnt take him off the mortgage she kept up the payments and stayed there with a new partner and he moved out. Two years down the line she got in touch with him and said it was too much for her she's moved out the mortgage is his problem now.

She dropped this on his lap last week and this week told him she's thinking of going bancrupt. Where would that leave him? I'm not entirely sure if its paid up to date. Up until now he was going to do it up and rent it out but now not sure what the options are as he cant meet affordability for it on his own and it wont sell in time before her bancruptcy?
