There's several things that could be happening here. I don't see how they could state your daily reads seemed accurate when they've increased from 22kw/h to 60kw/h. It could be a fault outside of the meter. Either that or the meter is running "fast", which means that while the meter is running correctly, it's accidentally set itself to run at a much higher rate.

I would contact Consumer Focus to state you've given the company the chance to investigate and you're not satisfied with their efforts so far.

Not knowing what appliances and how much you use them I would only be making a wild guess as to your daily usage but i can assure you that 60kw/h is a massive amount to use on a daily basis.
