but nothing arrived from them, and now they are igonoring my attempts to contact them, both my emails aswell as my posting though their webform, results in nothing whatsoever.

So I suggest you be very careful dealing with these guys!

Apologies for this being the wrong place but would like to confirm that this was our fault (Energy Bulbs) Customer was refunded in full, issue was due to the fact order was placed from and for delivery to Norway. Our system is set up for UK orders only. So apologies to Mr Kurgan.
