    Re: Economy 10/Heatwise

    Hi RAZ

I already have E10 in place, as do all the houses in my area. I've been with PowerGen for a number of years and managed to get on an internet tariff and had been for 2 years with no issues. I contacted them about something else to then be advised I shouldn't be on that tariff because the billing system they have in place can't support E10 Meters - causes lots of problems apparently - not that I've ever had one - so they've put me onto their standard tariff.

SSE say they can't support E10 Meters in my area, although they can else where - When I ask why they can't tell me or give a valid reason anyway.

The only supplier who has said they can so far is NPower.

I've gone to Energy Watch to see if they think PowerGen are doing anything against the regulations because they are almost giving me no choice other than to change my meter.
