Dear Mr MPAN

I am having great difficulty with a certain supplier - and working out in Economy 10 is best for me. I have inherited a system with 3 MPAN electricity meters - required because they are all single phase meters & there is a lift which I gather needs a triphase supply. Over and above this, all the water heating is by immersion heating which is v expensive. I have beed trying to sort out fitting an Economy 10 meter - but noone can answer my queries. Can i trouble you?

1. Am i right in thinking the new meter is polyphase & will allow all 3 old meters to be replaced by 1?

2. If I set all immersion heaters to fit in with E10 tariff times, should this be cheaper?
