Just so you know....any monies recovered by DA are yours and they need to prove you had informed consent.....any court hearing your case will not allow any monies to go to DA in respect of Hire given the many breaches of law and FSA Regulations.....so ...all moey recovered by Drive Assit can be recovered from them to you?

Legal Advisore should tell you this as the monies were recovered using duress upon yourselves?
