    All insurance policies are based on "utmost good faith". If you state that you are a non smoker (no intake of nicotine or substitute within the last 12 months) they will base the premiums upon that fact. If there are no instances that may require a medical report then the smoking issue will not be contested. If however someone dies the findings will state that the person was a smoker and the policy will be invalid.
