To everyone who has kindly offered advice, I am pleased to say I finally had contact from Orange to day who accepted Two Hundred Pounds as full payment!!!

I was so pleased for my son it was a major weight lifted from his shoulders. Which under the circumstances was concerning me considerably.

I want to thank everyone for their help and advice. But more importantly Orange for looking at this situation sympathetically.

In relation to dlc I’m afraid they have just continued to send red letters two since Monday, so as you can appreciate we are grateful to Orange. The payment has been made in full and my son has learnt an invaluable lesson and appreciates how lucky he has been.
