Hello everyone. I haven't really tracked this forum for a long time since after my issue was resolved and also the Press Release was done by the Guardian. I am trying to see if I can find contact details for Miles Brignall who did the article in the first place as it would be worth following this up with so many people suffering the same fate at the hands of O2. Being as I had the same issue as many here and actually had the Default revoked after a 2 week battle then I feel I am in a good position to offer advice to others having this issue.

I will track these posts over the coming days to see what I can do to help.
