Here is my advice, an I work for currys, wait till your laptop comes back, read the letter, then go into your nearest store and ask them to help, it maybe that the tech guys got it wrong or that your policy doesn't cover accidental damage either way the can find out. An they can then send it off for repair its its possible. If Currys can't repair it then you should recieve vouchers for an exquivilant spec laptop after 5 days of the decision being reached.
