Hello,

I realise that credit searches stay on file for 12 months. I have 6 credit searches all virtually 10 months old. I have also read that lenders only take notice of the last 6 months - even heard that they can only see the last 6 months worth? Is this true? Would these searches have an adverse effect on my credit application?
