I was just wondering how long it take card company to update payment history on a card on credit report. I missed a payment on my MBNA card from christmas. They updated my record on the 04/01/09 to show this missed payment but have not updated again since. Since then the balance has drop from £2600 to £2000 but doesn't show. I know that as a result of the missed payement my credit rating has taken a hit but think it will look better for applying for a loan if the missed payment isn't the last record. There should be 2 monthly payments showing.
