I dont think there is any point in writting a letter of complaint to the company as they will only repeat there rhetoric rubbish of we didnt receive your claim. I am going to be writting to Watchdog instead. The chances are Watchdog may do nothing but the more people I can get to complain the more seriously they will take the complaint.

If anybody has anymore advice on this please can you help!!
