I too have suffered from the "Lost 2nd Claim" Cool New Mobile scam.

 I could have copied your email to describe my experience- the long wait for the first cheque, lost 2nd claim and even the dates are the same.

 I did not send recorded delivery and now I am desperate to be able to claim the remainder of my cashback.

 Any advice would be most appreciated.
