I think we may have found a hitherto undiscovered realm of potential litigation here...

I personally have been more than disappointed (hurt you might say) to find that upon purchasing branded oven cleaner that in fact it does not "do it in a flash" nor does it "do it in a Ciffy" - and my original belief that I would be looking at 25 seconds max for a sparkling oven (in line with the obviously factual documentary advertisments" has actually turned into a 2 hour project...do you think I should invoice them for my additional time? :-)
