Vish28,
I think its best you express your dis-satisfaction in your own words, but I’m more than happy to give some steering points that may help:
1. Be courteous in your letter, I wouldn’t make any demands. Remember I don’t think they have any legal obligation here. Use statements like ‘kindly request’ and ‘I hope you would consider….’
2. Let them know this is a big financial burden that you can’t afford as you were expecting to pay the bill with the cash-back from Click Mobile which you don’t have
3. Be clear about the outcome you would like (whatever that may be) I specifically asked them for a reduction in my monthly rate to the £15 per month plan. I didn’t ask them to cancel the contract (because I didn’t think they would and I would rather get something rather than nothing) but that’s your call
4. Ask them to be sympathetic to the situation you are in due to Click Mobile and tell them you hope you can reach some compromise to resolve this.
