Was anyone able to make the meeting at ClickMobile on Sun? Anything to report?
I'd spoken to 3 about a reduction in the rate but they basically said no. I've now written to 3 customer service manager and cc'ed their CEO and Marketing Director formally asking for a reduction in the rate due to the circumstances around ClickMobile. I'm hoping they will have a sympathetic ear and reduce the rate. It won't cover all the costs but it would be better than paying the full monthly rate of £70 (for 2 phones)
Will let you know the outcome if/when I hear from them.
