My fiancee purchased her wedding dress from a store at a wedding show, half was paid through her maestro card and the other half was paid by her sister on her credit card.

The company then closed down without paying the designer for the dress, with almost no hope of claiming the money back through the shop.

Could any or all of the money be claimed back through the cradit card, or by any other means.

The total spent was near £1400.
