Big slimno offence but why dont you get the picture. Have you read the letter which has been posted in this thread. It clearly says 3 been forcing redemption policies on the dealers which were not practical. You seem to be running like a headless chicken without getting to the root of the problem. You won't get a penny if they file bankruptcy and none of the other customers would. You can then carry on filing as many court claims as you wish and keep wasting your 30 quid.
