Hi can anyone help me??

I've received a county court judgement and an attachement to my earnings because i defaulted on a car finance loan with welcome financial.

I took a car out with them in 2005 and they repossed it 2 years ago cause i couldnt afford the repayments!

They didnt contact me after i contacted them months later to ask what the situation was they said they auctioned the car and were happy for me to continue paying for the rest of the loan term, I asked them to send me a statement of how much i owe, when i received this it didnt show the amount taken off of my balance for selling the car and i still had to basically pay the full loan term even though i didnt have the car anymore i was mis sold ppi that didnt even apply to me and i really dont know what to do!!!

I dont think its fair i have to pay all this money!! They've even charged me for letters i never received!!

If some one has been in this position and can help or offer any advice it would be more then appreciated!!!!!!??
