I've posted the contents of a letter from MBNA on another thread, in short it says that they will only produce a signed agreement if they take me to court to enforce the agreement-BUT they write this won't happen, they will put a default on my file and sell the debt. Since then I have received a colourful printed standard thingie with 'don't miss this opportunity, you may be facing legal fees, county court judgement, charging order, attachment of earnings, warrant of execution'-I believe none of these can happen without a court order and I already have it in writing that they won't take me to court.But I have had other scary legal stuff sent previously, without this site, I might have been something very desperate months ago.
