I am disgusted with Vigin Mobile, at the way I have been treated, over this cashback situation, they said they set up the contract, let E2 save put a redemption on the contract, I geniunely had no idea this company was Carphone Warehouse I would never have touched them, if I had known this, who have refused to pay back over 100 pounds. What a scam this is, I sent my statements back, they were lost in the postal strike, there is a time lapse, I sent them again, and I am out of pocket, my issue is this, Virgin took my money, sent the statements, why is a third party involved why did Virgin not just pay our cashback entitlements out, themselves. Does anyone know how I can get my cashback back, Richard Bransons e-mail address, or E2 save owners e-mail address, why should these charlitians get away with this. It is alright people saying its our own faults it certainly is not, the Government are looking into it why would they bother if there was not a serious problem here.
