As a follow-up to my earlier post, Crewcard eventually agreed that I was able to sign up using my driving licence details but worryingly the instructions sent to me by email conflicted with the requirements on their application form!
Eventually I got accepted and my cards duly arrived. According to the terms and conditions I could expect my PINs to arrive within the next 5 days. Four weeks on (and three further emails only one of which gained a response) no sign of these PINs.
So they have my money that has already been put on the card but I cannot access that money. I now feel that they should be reported to the FSA as unsuitable to run any financial business and either fined or shut down. What do others think?
