ring carphone customer services or complaints or go into store. they should raise a cheque to pay for it.. due to u have been mis-sold to ..which is happening alot.. and there is now a new database called "TUFF" so these sales guys/ladies that are mis-selling to customers telling them its a 12month contract when its a 18... and telling you u can keep ya number, when u cant port from same network contract to contract...MISS -SELLING!!   if they get sacked from a mobile phone company for fraud (mis-selling) they cant get a job in any other mobile phone shop.
