Hi, I am a landlord and I was wondering if my tenants can be put on the mortgage and my name taken off, is this possible? My mortgage is 2 years old and I dont think my tenants have a deposit so this is probably the only way for me to get out of the mortgage, I dont want to put the house on tha market, does anyone have any ideas? The tenants earn enough to meet the mortgage payments. Thank you
