Based on where you live, you can't get any LLU anyway. Your best bet is to go with one of the following:

PlusNet Option 2 - £14.99 a mth for up to 8Mb, 8GB broadband and free wireless router

Madasafish Max Broadband - £13.99 for up to 8Mb, 5GB and free wireless kit.

Both of these have excellent customer service.
