In scotland, Scottish Gas (Scotland's British gas) is really cheap! And their custoner service isn't the best but is quite good! normaly 10-15 minutes on a freefone number! What I don't understand 'Sonic-boom' is why one second your talking about British gas then Scottish power. Separate parts of the same company! Scottish Gas is separate to Brittish gas but the same company!

I have phoned british gas before and they couldn't help because they don't serve me. Scottish gas on the other hand were able to. It is a bit confusing!
