    I sent a letter to both. You can read the reply I got from Customer Care on page one of this thread. Have you not emailed them? They are meant to take 10 working days to reply but they took 16 for me. However they did offer me the Homecall phone service as an alternative to Anytime, as you will read, but I chose not to accept it. As they have broken their contract I have written them a 14 day letter and then, after the receipt of the Customer Care email in which they confirmed they couldn't yet supply me with the phone service I contracted for, I sent them a termination letter and email. I am now getting out - just waiting for them to send me the MAC. As they are the ones who broke the contract there will be no penalties or termination fees to pay. I think I'm migrating to Madasafish, which Jason says is a very friendly company. It even has an employee from Customer Care called Samara scouring the forum all day looking for problems to solve and questions to answer - what a differece from Pipex!
    It's a pity about Pipex though , because £19 for long phone calls and quick broadband was a good deal I thought , but too good to be true as it turned out!
