What is the best deal for pay as you go?

I have my P.A.C code from 02 already, just not sure who to go with. I can use some of the free minutes with my company mobile, but I want to keep my number on as I have had it for years and years. In case it helps in choosing a company, please note the following:

We have Virgin Media at home (full package, phone, net, telly etc..) my wife is on a £30 a month tarriff with T-mobile.

I am looking to spend about £10 (maybe a few pound more) per month  - what is the best deal?
