I would totally agree the FIRST DIRECT are a cool bank. When my husband left me with a very large mortgage and the whole household to run on my own, together with our very young daughter, they were extremely helpful and supportive. They had no problem helping me in the form of an overdraft and never once hassled me. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is brilliant. Their online banking website is easy to use and they very rarely have any technical problems.
