I'm not sure to be honest - you can phone them and check on 0845 300 3900 until 8.00pm or you might be able to input details anonymously online (on tax credits website) with jobseeker allowance payments to see what you'd be entitled to. It's probably best to call them as they shouldn't modify any payments until everything is set in stone - it's just a "what if" query.
