hi there people, i wrote ages ago and used to come on regulaly to shar my opinons and let you all nwo ho ei was doin on my claim for refund from lloyds, well incase you dont knwo it was successful i go the full amount back about 4 weeks after i originally claimed.  but now i am back! i need help, i sent all the charges informatino along with martins interest calculator and my letter to the customer reltions department of RBS on the 2nd april 07, and i got a letter back within 2 wks saying they were investigating the matter and woudl be in touch in due course, a very sly time stalling effort on their behalf i though, but here we are in the middle of june and i have still heard nothin back, i no longer use the account and even though there is nothing going in or out of the acount i have been accruing charges the whole time!

 so this afternoon whilst in a very very peed off modd anyway with another company who are mucjing me about not getting back in touch after sending me a pram that broke within a week i decided to write my leter out again to RBS including all my recent charges and all the interst, i have posted it by hand (and marked it up as so) direct to my local branch stating that they ahve one week from today to send me a cheque for th full amount as i have waited long enough and i am not happy at all ! now i dont knwo if this is the right way to go about it and to be honest i dont care as i think RBS are the worst bank i have ever banked with in my entire life! i have had accounts with lloyds for well over ten years and i think there charges are extorsionate but they are a great bank, i now also bank with alliance and leicester and i think they are fab! they have to be by far the best bank ever in my opinon but RBS have fu**ked me about since the day i opened the acount basically! i reckon they are like that bank in the natwest adverts who just make up stuf on the spot just to get your money!!!! anyhoo i will let you all know and if anyone has any advice on RBS or on what i ahve done in general then i am up for a debate, i have to be honest after giving up work to be a mommy full time i will pretty much debate anythgin i feel strongly enough to have an opion on! which doesnt rule out much. note how i say debate and not argue! there is a difference!!!
